Just in case anyone wants to know what the Olmstead Foundation is and how it got started, etc. I got a comment that what I wrote about Josh was confusing. The Olmstead Foundation picks candidates for this graduate program from all the branches of the military, it's not a program run by the Navy. Don't know if that was the confusing part.
